My name is Alexander Friesen.
Since my apprenticeship as a tool mechanic, I have consistently developed my career toward automation, robotics, and process optimization.
After my early years in CNC manufacturing and automated production, I took on increasing responsibility in coordination, leadership, and people development. During this time, I gained valuable hands-on experience in optimizing production and transport processes and in implementing lean methods.
The next step led me into the world of mobile robotics. At Dahl Automation, I was responsible for both the programming and integration of autonomous mobile robots (AMR/AGV) as well as project management. There, I demonstrated how transport and automation processes can be designed in a practical, efficient, and customer-centric way — from planning to successful commissioning.
With the founding of FrisiLogix, I made it my mission to support companies in automating their internal transport processes. My range of services spans from consulting and process analysis to integration and training, all the way to flexible Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models. This enables small and medium-sized businesses to enter robotics without high investment barriers.
My work is based on the values of commitment, honesty, responsibility, and partnership. On this foundation, I support companies in making their transport and automation processes more efficient, flexible, and future-proof — with a clear focus on customer value, competitiveness, and sustainable results.
